Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours
notice if you must cancel an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours
or without notice will be subject to a 100%
cancellation fee.
When to Arrive:
We suggest arriving early enough to allow time
to check-in, shower, change and enjoy our spa
facilities. Use of the pool, sauna and equipment is
included with your spa services.
In the unfortunate event that you arrive
late for your appointment, and in consideration
of all guests, services will always end at their
scheduled time.
Gift Certificates:
Castle Hill Resort and Spa gift certificates are available at the front desk.
Gratuities:
Gratuities for exceptional service may be made at
your discretion. A 20% gratuity is customary.
Spa and Pool Hours: 8am to 8pm
Pool gates close 15 minutes prior to spa closing.
(exceptions will be posted)
Full use of pool and fitness area are included
with any spa service.
Yoga and Pilates classes available. Please inquire at desk for schedule and rates.
