Pilates Mat Work
is a system of exercise which concentrates on the weaker muscles of the body, especially the low back, abdominal muscles, and buttocks areas. It will streamline, stretch, and strengthen your body in a way you never imagined.
Step and Tone
classes are designed for maximum cardiovascular benefit, followed by strength training. This safe, effective format is choreographed, progressive and fun! Bring your smiles!
Introductory rates for classes are as follows:

Member--punch card of 10--$30
